Delivery orders usually ship from our fulfillment center as follows
-if already poured/cured/and ready will ship with 48 hours.
-if candle is needing to be poured/cured will ship after curing (example order comes in Monday Morning will ship that same Thursday/Friday)
-backorder items will ship once items are in and candle has cured (we will reach out to let you know of the timeline in this case)
If an order is placed during nonbusiness hours we will still do our very best to stick to our above timeline however I ask to please give us grace if ordering during nonbusiness hours/holidays as we are raising 3 kiddos and we are highly involved in their lives and events.
Additionally, the order processing time may be longer during peak holiday seasons, such as Mother's Day or Christmas, or immediately after a popular promotion or vendor show. Harmony Lane Candles cannot ship packages on days that are US national holidays. The following dates are affected:
Monday, May 28 (Memorial Day)
Wednesday, July 4 (Independence Day)
Monday, September 3 (Labor Day)
Thursday, November 22 (Thanksgiving Day)
Monday, December 24 (Chrismas Eve)
Tuesday, December 25 (Christmas Day)
Tuesday, January 1 (New Years Day 2018)
Rush orders placed during a national holiday, or during the weekend of a national holiday, will not be shipped until the following business day.
Shipping charges and terms are subject to change without notice.
We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries to all states in which we have a company-owned retail store. We will automatically calculate the tax rate according to the shipping address.
